Why can't I hear anything from my Audi A6 speakers?

I recently bought an Audi A6 and all of a sudden, I can't hear any sound coming from the speakers. Everything else seems to be functioning properly. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

First, check the fuse and make sure it hasn't blown. If that's not the issue, try resetting the audio system by disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes and then reconnecting it.
