What is the recommended type of engine oil for the Audi A7?

I just bought a Audi A7 and I am not sure which type of engine oil to use. Can someone recommend a specific type and brand?

You should use a fully synthetic engine oil that meets the VW 504.00/507.00 specification for Audi A7. I personally recommend using Mobil 1 or Castrol EDGE.
