What is the recommended engine oil for an Audi 80 2.0E 1989?

I recently purchased a 1989 Audi 80 2.0E and I am not sure what type of engine oil I should use. I have looked at different sources but I cannot find the right answer. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
