What is the difference between the R8 V8 and R8 V10 engine?

I am considering buying an Audi R8, but I'm not sure which engine to go for. Can you explain the differences between the R8 V8 and R8 V10 engines and which one would be better for me?

The R8 V8 has a 4.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine, while the R8 V10 has a 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine. The V10 produces more power and has a higher top speed, but the V8 is more fuel-efficient. If you want a more powerful and faster car, go for the V10. But if fuel efficiency is a priority for you, the V8 might be a better option.

One distinct difference between the R8 V8 and R8 V10 engines is the sound. The V10 has a more aggressive and higher-pitched exhaust note, while the V8 has a deeper and more throaty sound. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and which sound you prefer.
