What is the difference between quattro and quattro with ultra all-wheel drive in Audi?

I am considering purchasing an Audi, but I'm confused about the different versions of quattro all-wheel drive. Can someone explain the difference between quattro and quattro with ultra?

Quattro all-wheel drive is a permanent system that distributes power to all four wheels at all times. Quattro with ultra, on the other hand, is a more efficient system that can switch between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive as needed, saving fuel. Additionally, quattro with ultra also has the ability to predictively engage all-wheel drive based on driving conditions.
