What is the difference between Audi's MMI touch and MMI navigation systems?

I'm trying to decide between getting MMI touch or MMI navigation for my Audi. Can someone explain the main differences and which one might be better for my needs?

MMI touch is a touch-sensitive pad that allows you to input commands and control various functions in your car, while MMI navigation is a more comprehensive system that includes maps, real-time traffic updates, and voice command capabilities. If you primarily use your car for daily driving and don't need advanced navigation features, MMI touch might be sufficient. On the other hand, if you frequently travel or rely on navigation for work, MMI navigation would be the better option.

I recently upgraded from MMI touch to MMI navigation and I couldn't be happier. The navigation system is much more intuitive and the voice commands are incredibly accurate. Plus, it's much easier to see the maps on the larger screen compared to the touch pad. If you're willing to spend a little extra, I highly recommend MMI navigation.

In my experience, MMI touch can be a bit finicky and requires some practice to use effectively. MMI navigation, on the other hand, is easier to use and has a more user-friendly interface. However, if you're on a tighter budget, MMI touch is still a solid choice and gets the job done.
