What is the difference between Audi MMI and Virtual Cockpit?

I am interested in purchasing an Audi and I noticed that some models have the Audi MMI while others have the Virtual Cockpit. What is the difference between the two and which one should I choose?

Audi MMI stands for Multi Media Interface and it refers to the infotainment system in Audi vehicles. It includes features like navigation, music, and phone connectivity. On the other hand, Virtual Cockpit is a digital instrument cluster that replaces traditional analog gauges and displays important vehicle information. If you want a more modern and immersive driving experience, opt for the Virtual Cockpit.

The Audi MMI is controlled by a rotary knob and buttons on the center console, while the Virtual Cockpit is controlled by steering wheel-mounted buttons and voice commands. If you prefer a more convenient and hands-free operation, go for the Virtual Cockpit.
