What is the difference between a quattro and all-wheel drive in the Audi A5?

I am interested in purchasing an Audi A5 but I am not sure if I should go for the quattro or all-wheel drive option. Can you explain the technical differences between these two options?

The biggest difference between quattro and all-wheel drive in the Audi A5 is the distribution of power. Quattro uses a center differential to distribute power between the front and rear wheels, while all-wheel drive only uses a mechanical system to distribute power between the front and rear wheels. This means that quattro is better equipped for varying road conditions and provides better traction and handling.

While both quattro and all-wheel drive provide better traction than front-wheel drive, quattro has the added advantage of being able to send more power to individual wheels based on road conditions. This provides better stability and control in challenging driving situations.
