What is the best way to reset the MMI system in an Audi Q7?

I'm having trouble with my Audi Q7's MMI system and it's not responding to any of my commands. I've tried turning the car off and on again, but it's still not working. Is there a specific way to reset the MMI system?

To reset the MMI system in an Audi Q7, press and hold the MENU button and the central control knob at the same time for approximately 5 seconds. This will restart the system and it should start functioning properly again.
