What is the best way to check the oil level in an Audi A4?

I recently purchased an Audi A4 and I am not sure how to properly check the oil level. Can someone please provide step-by-step instructions?

To check the oil level in your Audi A4, park the car on a level surface and wait until the engine is cold. Locate the oil dipstick, usually marked with a yellow handle, and pull it out. Wipe the dipstick clean with a cloth or paper towel, then reinsert it. Pull it out again and check the oil level on the stick. If it is at or below the minimum mark, add oil as needed.

On an Audi A4, the oil dipstick is typically located on the left side of the engine block. Make sure the car is turned off and wait a few minutes for the oil to settle before checking the level. Pull out the dipstick, wipe it clean, and reinsert it. Pull it out again and check the oil level. If it is between the minimum and maximum marks, the level is good. If not, add oil as needed.
