I'm not very familiar with cars, but one of my headlights on my Audi A1 just went out. I need to replace it as soon as possible but I'm not sure where to start. Is it something I can do myself or do I need to take it to a mechanic? And what tools or materials do I need?
ReplyReplacing the headlights on an Audi A1 is actually a fairly simple task. You can easily do it yourself by following these steps: 1) Park your car on level ground and turn off the engine. 2) Open the hood and locate the back of the headlight assembly. 3) Unplug the power connector and remove the rubber seal. 4) Twist and pull out the old bulb. 5) Carefully insert the new bulb and replace the rubber seal. 6) Reconnect the power connector. You won't need any special tools, just the new bulb.
