What is the best type of engine oil for an Audi A5?

I recently purchased an Audi A5 and I'm not sure which type of engine oil is best for it. Should I use synthetic or conventional oil? How often should I change it? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Based on my experience with my own Audi A5, I would recommend using synthetic oil. It provides better engine protection and can last longer between oil changes. As for the frequency of oil changes, it's best to follow the manufacturer's recommendations in your owner's manual. Generally, it is recommended to change the oil every 7,500 to 10,000 miles.

I've found that conventional oil works just fine in my Audi A5. It really just comes down to personal preference and budget. Just make sure to change the oil regularly, about every 5,000 to 7,500 miles.

Hi Sara, I would recommend using synthetic oil for your Audi A5. It may cost a bit more upfront, but the benefits are worth it in the long run. Also, be sure to change the oil every 10,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first.
