What Causes the Audi 80's Vibration Issues?

My Audi 80 shakes and vibrates while driving at high speeds. What could be causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

I had a similar issue with my Audi 80 and found out that the engine mounts were worn out. This caused the vibration as the engine wasn't securely attached to the chassis. Replacing the mounts solved the problem.
