What causes my Audi engine to emit a strange noise?

My Audi has been making a strange noise from the engine for the past few days. It's a loud whirring sound that seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The most common cause of a strange noise coming from your Audi engine is a faulty serpentine belt. This belt is responsible for powering many of the car's systems and when it starts to wear out, it can make a loud whirring sound. To fix this issue, you'll need to have the serpentine belt replaced by a mechanic.
