The main difference between the Audi R8 V10 and V10 Plus is the engine. The V10 Plus model has a more powerful engine, with 602 horsepower compared to 562 horsepower in the V10 model. This results in a faster 0-60 mph time of 3.2 seconds for the V10 Plus, compared to 3.5 seconds for the V10.
