Yes, there is an option in the settings menu to disable the Start-Stop system. This can also improve fuel efficiency if you do a lot of city driving.

Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off the Start-Stop system permanently. However, you can press the button on the center console each time you start the car to disable it for that drive.
