Is the Audi R8 V10 Plus available with a manual transmission?

I've been looking at the Audi R8 V10 Plus and I can't seem to find any information on whether it is available with a manual transmission. Can anyone confirm if it is or not?

Unfortunately, the Audi R8 V10 Plus is only available with a dual-clutch automatic transmission.
