Is the Audi R8 a good car for winter driving?

I live in a region with heavy snowfall and icy roads in the winter. I am considering purchasing an Audi R8, but I am wondering if it can handle these conditions. Can anyone provide some insights or experiences with driving an Audi R8 in the winter?

While the Audi R8 is a fantastic car, I would not recommend driving it in the winter. The low ground clearance and rear-biased weight distribution can make it difficult to handle in icy and snowy conditions.
