Improving Fuel Efficiency on a 2005 Audi A2

I recently purchased a 2005 Audi A2 and noticed that I am not getting the fuel efficiency I expected. Is there anything I can do to improve the fuel efficiency and save some money on gas?

Ensure your tires are inflated to the proper pressure. Under inflated tires can decrease fuel efficiency by up to 3%

Avoid excessive idling. Idling for more than 30 seconds can waste fuel and negatively impact fuel efficiency.
