How to understand and fix heating issues in Audi 80?

I have been experiencing problems with the heating system in my Audi 80. The air coming out is not hot enough, even when the car has been running for a while. How can I diagnose and resolve this issue?

Check the coolant levels and make sure it is at the recommended level. Also, check for any leaks in the system that may be causing the lack of heat. If everything looks good, it might be a problem with the thermostat. Consider taking it to a mechanic for a proper diagnosis.

You may need to replace the heater core or the blower motor. These are common components in the heating system that can wear out over time. It's best to take your car to a trusted mechanic to have these parts inspected and replaced if needed.

Make sure the air vents in your car are not blocked. Sometimes dirt and debris can accumulate in the vents, restricting the flow of hot air. If this is the case, simply clean out the vents and you should notice a difference in the heating.
