How to turn off the start-stop system in an Audi A8?

I find the start-stop system to be annoying and would like to turn it off. Is there a way to do so in an Audi A8?

To turn off the start-stop system in an Audi A8, press the button with an 'A' and an arrow on it located below the climate control knobs.

You can adjust the settings of the start-stop system in the vehicle's on-board computer. Go to the 'Car' menu and then select 'Start-Stop' settings.

Unfortunately, there is no way to permanently turn off the start-stop system in an Audi A8. However, you can disable it by pressing the button with an 'A' and an arrow on it every time you start the car.
