I have recently purchased a used Audi A6 and noticed that the MMI touch response is not working properly. It sometimes does not respond or lags when I try to select something on the screen. Has anyone else experienced this issue and how did you resolve it? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyI had the same issue with my Audi A6 and after doing some research, I found that performing a factory reset on the MMI system fixed the problem. To do this, go to Settings > System > Restore Factory Settings. Keep in mind that this will erase all of your personalized settings, so you will need to set them up again.
