How to Troubleshoot the MMI System on Audi A7?

I'm having trouble with the MMI system on my Audi A7. The screen keeps freezing and I can't access any of the features. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi Samantha, have you tried resetting the MMI system? You can do this by holding down the menu button and the top right control knob until the screen goes blank and then turns back on.
