I'm having trouble with my MMI system in my Audi A4. Whenever I try to use it, it doesn't respond and gets stuck on a blank screen. Has anyone experienced this issue and, if so, how did you fix it?
ReplyIt sounds like you may have a problem with your MMI system's software. Before taking it to a mechanic, try resetting the system by pressing the MENU, BACK, and center console volume buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. If that doesn't work, you may need to have the system updated or replaced.
I had a similar problem with my MMI system and the cause was a faulty fuse. Check your fuse box and replace any blown fuses related to the system. If that doesn't work, take it to a mechanic for further diagnosis.
