The first thing you should do is check the software version of your MMI system. If it is outdated, that could be causing the problem. You can update the software yourself or take it to a certified Audi technician.

Have you tried resetting your MMI system? Sometimes a simple reset can fix any glitches or malfunctions. Just hold down the MENU and CAR buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the screen goes black, then release and wait for the system to reboot.

If resetting the MMI system doesn't work, it could be a hardware issue. Check the connections and make sure everything is properly plugged in. If that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to replace the navigation unit.
