How to troubleshoot the brake system on an Audi A2?

I have recently noticed that my Audi A2's brake pedal has become significantly softer and takes longer to fully engage the brakes. I tried bleeding the brakes but it didn't seem to make a difference. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

It is likely that there is air trapped in the brake lines. Bleeding the brakes again, and making sure all air is removed, should resolve the problem.

Another possibility is that there is a leak in the brake system. Check all the brake lines for any signs of damage or corrosion.

It could also be an issue with the brake master cylinder. If all else fails, take it to a trusted mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair.
