How to troubleshoot and fix the MMI (Multimedia Interface) in an Audi A8?

My MMI system in my Audi A8 seems to be malfunctioning, and I can't access any of my media or communication features. How can I diagnose and resolve this issue?

First, try resetting your MMI system by pressing and holding down the volume button and the top right function button together for at least 10 seconds. This will reboot the system and might fix the issue.
