How to troubleshoot an issue with the MMI system in the Audi A8?

My MMI system in my Audi A8 is not working properly. The screen is frozen and I cannot access any of the controls. What steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

First, try rebooting the MMI system by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check the fuse for the MMI system. It may have blown and needs to be replaced.
