I have a Audi A6 2016 and the MMI touchscreen has stopped responding. The visual display is still working but I cannot navigate or make any selections on the touchscreen. How can I fix this issue?
ReplyThe first thing you should try is resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you may need to try a hard reset by disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it.
It is possible that the touchscreen has a physical defect, in which case you may need to replace it. However, before doing so, make sure to check for any software updates or try updating the system through the MMI menu.
