How to troubleshoot a non-responsive infotainment system in the Audi A3?

The screen on my Audi A3's infotainment system just went black and no buttons or controls are working. How can I fix this issue?

First, try resetting the system by pressing and holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check the fuse for the infotainment system and replace it if necessary.
