How to troubleshoot a faulty infotainment screen in an Audi A6?

I have an Audi A6 and the infotainment screen suddenly stopped working. No touch response or display, just a blank screen. I've tried restarting the car and checking the fuse but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

First, try a hard reset by disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. If that doesn't work, it could be a faulty control module or wiring issue. You may need to take it to a certified mechanic for further diagnosis.

Check the connections behind the infotainment screen to make sure they are secure. It's possible that they may have come loose or become damaged. If all connections are secure, then it could be a software issue that requires a software update from the dealership.
