To reset the tire pressure warning light on an Audi A6, start by turning the ignition on without starting the car. Then, press and hold the center button on the left side of the instrument panel until the TPMS light blinks three times. Release the button and the light should reset.

On some Audi A6 models, you can reset the tire pressure warning light by holding down the reset button behind the shifter for a few seconds. If this doesn't work, try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a few minutes and then reconnecting it.
