How to reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) on an Audi A3?

I recently replaced a tire on my Audi A3 and now the TPMS warning light won't turn off. How can I reset the system to fix this issue?

To reset the TPMS on your Audi A3, start by turning the ignition to the ON position (do not start the engine). Then, press and hold the TPMS button located in the glove box for about 5 seconds until the TPMS warning light flashes and then turns off. If this doesn't work, try driving your car at a speed above 20mph for at least 10 minutes to recalibrate the system.
