I recently purchased a used Audi 80 and the service indicator has been on since I got it. How can I reset it?
ReplyTo reset the service indicator, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position. Press and hold the button in the instrument cluster until the 'service' message disappears.
You can also reset the service indicator by using a diagnostic tool. Connect the tool to the vehicle's OBD port and follow the prompts to reset the indicator.
