To reset the oil service light in your Audi A6, you will need to press the service reset button located near the driver's side door on the dash. Hold it down for 10 seconds until the light stops flashing. Then turn off the vehicle and turn it back on to ensure the light has been reset.

Try turning your car off, pressing and holding the trip reset button on your dashboard, and then turning your car back on while still holding the button. This should reset the oil service light. If it does not, consult your owner's manual or bring your car to a certified mechanic.

Instead of pressing the service reset button, try pressing the selection wheel on your dashboard while the car is on. It should bring up the menu to reset the oil service light. Make sure to select 'yes' when prompted to reset the light.
