How to reset the MMI system on an Audi A1?

I am having trouble with my MMI system on my Audi A1. The screen keeps freezing and I can't access any functions. Is there a way to reset the system without having to take it to a dealership?

You can try performing a hard reset on your MMI system. To do this, press and hold down the MMI control knob, the Menu button, and the Navigation button for approximately 10 seconds. This will reset the system and hopefully fix any freezing issues. If not, it may be best to take it to a dealership for further diagnosis.
