How to reset the MMI system in an Audi A7?

I've been having trouble with my MMI system in my Audi A7 and it seems like it needs to be reset. Can anyone guide me on how to do this? I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Hi Samantha, to reset your MMI system in the Audi A7, start by turning on the ignition. Then, press and hold the SETUP and CAR buttons together for 5 seconds. The MMI system will reset and restart automatically.
