I recently got a used Audi A5 and the MMI display is constantly showing an error message. How can I reset it on my own or do I need to take it to a dealership?
ReplyTo reset your MMI display, press the volume knob and the top right button at the same time for about 10 seconds. It should reboot and the error message should disappear.
In some cases, the error message may be due to a faulty connection. Try unplugging and plugging back in any cables connected to the MMI display.
If the above methods do not work, it may be best to take your Audi A5 to a dealership for a proper diagnosis and reset of the MMI display.
