I'm having trouble resetting my MMI (Multi Media Interface) display on my Audi A6. Every time I try to reset it, it just goes back to the previous screen. How can I properly reset it to fix this issue?
ReplyTo reset the MMI display on your Audi A6, hold down the MENU button and the rotary knob at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. After doing this, the screen should go blank and then reboot. Once the system reboots, the display should be reset and functioning properly again.
If holding down the MENU button and the rotary knob for 10 seconds doesn't work, try disconnecting the car's battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This should also reset the MMI display and fix any issues you are having with it.
Another method to resetting the MMI display is by pressing and holding the ON button for 10 seconds. This will also restart the system and should fix any issues you were experiencing with the display.
