I recently came across an issue with my virtual cockpit in my Audi A4 where it seems to be frozen and not responding to any inputs. I've tried restarting the car and disconnecting the battery, but it hasn't solved the problem. Is there a way to reset the virtual cockpit?
ReplyTo reset the Audi A4 virtual cockpit, press and hold the left dial button (located on the steering wheel) for about 10 seconds. Once the screen goes blank, release the button and wait for the system to restart.
Another way to reset the virtual cockpit is by using the MMI system. Go to Settings > System > Reset MMI and select 'Reset MMI' on the screen. This will also reset the virtual cockpit.
