I'm experiencing some problems with my Audi A3's MMI system and was wondering if there's a way to reset it? The system seems to be frozen and I can't access any of the functions. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
ReplyThe first step would be to try rebooting the MMI system by pressing and holding down the MENU, central knob, and top right control knob buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds.
If that doesn't work, you can also try disconnecting the car battery for about 10 minutes and then reconnecting it. This may reset the MMI system and fix any issues.
You could also try performing a factory reset by going to SETUP > CAR > RESET MMI on the system's menu. Just be aware that this will erase all saved settings and data.
