How to Fix the Power Locks on an Audi 80?

The power locks on my Audi 80 are not working properly. They sometimes work and sometimes don't, and I can't figure out the problem. What should I do to fix this issue?

Check the fuse box under the dashboard to see if any fuse related to the power locks is blown. If so, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage.
