How to fix squeaky brakes on an Audi A4?

I have been hearing a high-pitched squeaking noise whenever I brake in my Audi A4. It's been going on for a few weeks now and I'm not sure what's causing it. Has anyone experienced this issue before or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
