How to fix a malfunctioning MMI system in my Audi A5?

I have a problem with my MMI system in my Audi A5. It keeps freezing and not responding to any commands. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Firstly, try resetting your MMI system by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you may need to update the software. You can do this at your local Audi dealership or by downloading the update from their website and installing it yourself.

Another possible solution is to check the connections of the control unit in the glove compartment. It may have become loose or dirty, causing connectivity issues. If necessary, you can clean the connections with a contact cleaner.
