How to fix a malfunctioning brake pedal in Audi A2?

I recently noticed that my brake pedal in my Audi A2 is not functioning properly. When I press on it, it either goes all the way to the floor or does not engage at all. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Based on your description, it sounds like there could be an issue with the brake fluid or the brake lines in your car. It's important to get this checked and repaired by a professional mechanic as soon as possible.

You can try bleeding the brakes to see if that helps with the pedal response. If not, then it's likely an issue with the master cylinder or brake booster. In that case, take your Audi A2 to a certified mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.

Another possibility could be a faulty brake sensor. This is a relatively easy and inexpensive fix that can be done at home. Just make sure to disconnect the battery before attempting to replace the sensor.
