How to change the blower motor on an Audi A3?

I recently noticed that my heater/air conditioning fan is not working on my Audi A3. How do I replace the blower motor to get it working again?

The blower motor is located behind the glove box on the passenger side of the car. You will need to remove the glove box, disconnect the wiring harness, and remove the retaining screws to replace it.
