How to adjust the seat controls in an Audi A1?

I am having trouble finding the right seating position in my Audi A1. Can someone guide me on how to adjust the seat controls properly?

The seat controls can be found on the sides of the seat. Simply lift or lower the lever to adjust the height and push or pull the lever to adjust the tilt. Make sure to also adjust the lumbar support for maximum comfort.
