I recently purchased an Audi A8 and I've been struggling to figure out how to use the self-parking feature. Can someone please provide me with a step-by-step guide?
ReplyTo activate self-parking on your Audi A8, first make sure your car is parked in front of the desired parking spot and that you are within 10 meters of your vehicle. Then, press and hold the self-parking button on your key fob for 3 seconds. The car will activate its sensors and begin parking itself.
In order to use the self-parking feature on your Audi A8, you must first ensure that your car has the optional Park Assist package. This includes sensors and cameras located around the vehicle which will assist in the parking process. If you're not sure if your car has this package, consult your Audi dealership.
Activating self-parking on your Audi A8 can also be done through the MMI system. Go to the 'Car' menu, select 'Driver Assistance', and then choose 'Parking Systems'. From there, select 'Self-Parking' and follow the prompts to initiate the self-parking process.
