According to Audi's official website, the e-Tron's battery is capable of maintaining efficiency in temperatures ranging from -22 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. You shouldn't experience any major performance issues in extreme temperatures.

In my personal experience, I've noticed a slight decrease in range when driving in extremely cold temperatures. However, as long as you plan your trips accordingly and allow for extra charging time, you shouldn't run into any issues.
