How do you reset the MMI system on an Audi A3?

I'm having issues with my MMI system and I can't seem to fix it. Is there a way to reset it without taking it to the dealership?

To reset the MMI system on an Audi A3, hold down the central control button and the upper right button for at least 10 seconds until the system reboots.
